Janine Krill Moretti

Janine holds a Masters in Liberal Arts and a Bachelors in Social Studies Eductation.  Janine currently works at Massapequa High School as an AP World History Teacher and Department Assistant as well as owning and directing CSDCA.

Janine has been a member of the CSDCA family since 2001.  Janine started at CSDCA when it was in West Islip as an adult student that just wanted to get back into dance after being away from taking dance since college – the following year she was teaching at CSDCA.  It was under the direction of Janine as teacher and choreographer that students from CSDCA first participated in outside performances such as pregame performances at Long Island Ducks games, NY Knicks pregame shows and our first competitions.  When the owner of CSDCA was ready to move on, it was only natural that Janine take over as owner and director.  Janine has been the owner and director of CSDCA since 2008.

Janine studied dance at June Claire Dance Center and when she went to college at SUNY Albany, she helped to cofound the dance program.  For four years at Albany she was  treasurer, dancer, and choreographer for Footworks Dance Company.  After graduating college Janine became a teacher and member of the competition team at Jam Dance and Fitness Center.

After becoming a teacher at Massapequa High School, Janine became the coach and choreographer for the Massapequa Chiefettes Kickline.
Janine was also a judge for Long Island Kickline and Dance competitions between the years of 2005 and 2010.   Janine has been happily married for five years.

Janine has been committed to the success and expansion of Center Stage Dance and Creative Arts since she became a member of the CSDCA family and is proud to be the owner and director of the studio.  She loves being able to be a part of a studio that has been teaching children to dream and achieve their goals for 19 years.
